Day 04Morning Routine

أَسْتَيْقِظُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ فِي السَّاعَةِ الْخَامِسَةِ صَبَاحًا

I wake up every day at five o'clock in the morning.

أَتَوَضَّأُ وَأُصَلِّي صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ

I make ablution and perform Fajr prayer in congregation.

أُنَظِّفُ أَسْنَانِي بِالْمِعْجُونِ وَالْفُرْشَاةِ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ

I brush my teeth with paste and toothbrush every morning.

أُمَارِسُ الرِّيَاضَةَ الْبَدَنِيَّةَ لِمُدَّةِ نِصْفِ سَاعَةٍ

I do physical exercise for half an hour.

أَسْتَحِمُّ بِالْمَاءِ الدَّافِئِ وَأَرْتَدِي مَلَابِسِي

I take a warm shower and put on my clothes.

هَلْ جَهَّزْتَ طَعَامَ الْإِفْطَارِ الشَّهِيَّ؟

Did you prepare the delicious breakfast?

أَتَنَاوَلُ الْبَيْضَ وَالْجُبْنَ مَعَ الْخُبْزِ الطَّازَجِ

I eat eggs and cheese with fresh bread.

أَشْرَبُ كُوبًا مِنَ الشَّايِ أَوْ فِنْجَانَ قَهْوَةٍ

I drink a cup of tea or a mug of coffee.

أَحْمِلُ حَقِيبَتِي وَأَسْتَعِدُّ لِلْخُرُوجِ إِلَى الْعَمَلِ

I grab my bag and prepare to leave for work.

خَرَجْتُ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ فِي وَقْتٍ مُبَكِّرٍ لِتَفَادِي الزِّحَامِ

I left home early to avoid the traffic rush.
